Each of our items is carefully crafted and customized to meet your specific needs. Our factory takes approximately 6-8 business days to customize your order.

Shipping TimeOnce your order has been customized, it will be shipped to you. The logistics transportation time typically takes 6-10 business days, depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery DateBased on the processing and shipping times, you can expect to receive your order within the following timeframe:

-Earliest Delivery Date: 14 business days from the order date.
-Latest Delivery Date:18 business days from the order date.

For example, if you place your order on July 30, 2024:
- The earliest delivery date would be August 14, 2024.
- The latest delivery date would be August 23, 2024.

Business DaysPlease note that business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping ConfirmationYou will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been Received in our system but it will be shipped within the time frames listed above.

Delays and IssuesWhile we strive to meet these estimated delivery dates, unforeseen delays may occur. If there are any significant delays or issues with your order, our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible.

Serbachi Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
• All returns will automatically be issued store credit (this will allow you to easily re-purchase an alternative item, or the same item in a different size).
• Items marked with the FINAL SALE message or hygiene-risk products cannot be returned unless faulty.
• We do not offer refunds for final sale items, change of mind, or incorrect sizing.
• Customers who have received an incorrect item or products with a manufacturing fault will receive a refund. (Please note that the Serbachi Warehouse undertakes strict quality control on every item prior to dispatch and upon receiving return).
• Please take due care when trying on any products. (Items that are manually defected or do not comply with our returns policy will be declined and returned to the customer).
• If a return is made and there is nothing faulty with the item, a 30% restocking fee will be added to the refund.
• Serbachi is not responsible for return shipping costs.
• We do not issue store credit or refund on original shipping charges.
